Every Batch, Verified Before It Ships
Every peptide we manufacture passes through the same five-step verification pipeline before release — HPLC purity analysis, mass-spec identity confirmation, and a certificate of analysis issued per batch.
HPLC
Primary Purity Method
Peak-area analysis at a validated wavelength
ESI / MALDI
Identity Confirmation
Mass spectrometry against theoretical mass

The Testing Pipeline
01
Synthesis
Every peptide is produced in-house via solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS), building the chain one residue at a time on a resin support.
02
Purification
Crude product is purified by reverse-phase HPLC to isolate the target sequence from synthesis byproducts and residual solvents.
03
HPLC Purity Analysis
Purity is determined by HPLC peak-area analysis at a validated wavelength — the percentage listed on every product's specification table.
04
Mass Spectrometry ID
ESI-MS or MALDI-TOF confirms molecular weight against the theoretical mass, verifying the correct sequence was synthesized.
05
COA Issued
A batch-specific certificate of analysis is generated and made available on request for every lot we ship.
